Good times of Bollywood continues from last year which saw a string of hits which includes "Toilet: Ek Prem Katha," "Baahubali 2," "Badrinath ki Dulhania," "Hindi Medium," "Raees," and "Golmaal Returns."

2018 has seen the release of high budget films like "Padmavat" and also movies with searching topics like "Padman." We also saw the release of Anushka Sharma in horror flick “Pari.”

The release of Padmavat was delayed, and it had a cascading effect on some releases which have been suspended and pushed to a further date.

The films which are scheduled for release this week include “Dil Junglee,” “Hate Story 4” and “3 Storeys.”

'Dil Junglee' — An all-out romantic comedy

“Dil Junglee” is an all-out romantic comedy that revolves around the love and friendship between two persons. The ups and downs of the relationship form the crux of the relationship. The flick is fun and is directed by Aleya Sen. The cast includes Taapsee Pannu, Saqib Saleem, Srishti Shrivastava, Ayesha Kaduskar, Santosh Baramulla, and Nidhi Singh.

Tapsee had a booming 2017 with a string of hits and acclaim. She was highly commended for her role in “Naam Shabana” and “Judwa 2” and is now back with “Dil Junglee” where she has been cast opposite Saqib Saleem.

The producers of the flick are happy to release the film finally, and there is no significant release alongside to dilute the commercial fortunes of the movie at the box-office. Saqib Saleem while talking to media said that “Dil….” was more like a cocktail of emotions with comedy, romance, pathos, and tragedy in varying degrees.

The chemistry between the two lead characters, Tapsee and Aqib is electrifying.

The flick has hummable music, and singer Guru Randhawa is back with yet another foot-tapping number. 'Nachle Na.' It is a perfect song for any North Indian party, and it also features famous singer Neeti Mohan, and the song is already viral. The flick also marks the directorial debut of ad filmmaker Aleya Sen who is also the co-owner of one of the biggest production houses in India - Chrome Pictures.

The movie will hit the screens this Friday.

'Hate Story 4' — Continuation of the erotic thriller franchise

The second flick which has been lined up for release is “Hate Story 4”. The erotic thriller franchise was started in 2012 when Paoli Dam was its main protagonist. The next edition of the flick was a more significant hit, and the last version again exceeded its previous release.

The film like its prior editions has a fresh cast with Urvashi Rautela, Karan Wahi, Vivan Bhathena and Gulshan Grover. The flick like its earlier versions features a rehash of a classic song of the past in Himesh Reshammiya's "Aashiq Banaya Aapne."

'3 Storey’s' — A tale of three lives and their hidden fantasies

The last flick which is going to be released Friday is “3 Storey’s”.

The film is scheduled to be released on March 9, 2018 and features Richa Chadha, Sharman Joshi, Pulkit Samrat and Renuka Shahane as lead characters. The flick is directed by Arjun Mukherjee. It is a story of the interconnected lives of the residents of a Mumbai Chawl.

The thriller has three stories which run concurrently. It is an intriguing thriller feature film revolving around three persons. Each protagonist has a twin identity, one original and a mask which they wear. It is twisted but straightforward, often sadistic tale which contains all the facts of life including happiness and sadness.

The flick is a story of different types of love-and failed love story, a love story which has an undercurrent of revenge and love which is a taboo in the society.

Recently a mesmerizing trailer was released, and it gave a firsthand account of the different characters in the film. The flick is produced by Priya Sreedharan, Ritesh Sidhwani, and Farhan Akhtar.
