Tiger Shroff and disha patani starrer "Baaghi 2" saw an outstanding opening weekend and is already a hit. The film has already broken the record for the best opening at the box-office in 2018.

On day one, the film collected Rs 25.5 crores, followed by Rs 20.50 crore on Saturday, Day 2; on day 3, the collections rose to Rs 27.50 crore, taking the total to a whopping Rs 73 crore in the first weekend.

Despite all-India bandh on Monday, the flick earned Rs 12.10 crore, bringing up its total earning to Rs 85.20 crore.

The film has made its mark overseas too.

Reportedly Rs 22 crores have been collected overseas. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The movie earned maximum positive reviews from both analysts and critics alike.

The plot:

The film revolves around a young and dashing army officer returning to his city to help his former girlfriend get back her kidnapped baby. He accompanies her to the local police station to find out the latest about the girl. But he is astonished to see that the police officers do not respond and behave badly with Disha Patani. Despite his humble requests, the police officer continues to speak vulgarly.

Then he shows his power! He smashes each and every police officer in the station in a breathtaking action sequence.

Public response

There are many action scenes in the movie which are a treat to watch. The movie is sure to break many records in its run-up. And this guy, Tiger, the son of the illustrious Jackie Shroff, is sure to give tough competition to Bollywood macho heroes like Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, and others in the days to come.
