As per a report in The Times of India, a C-Grade Bhojpuri film producer identified as Upendrakumar Verma has been arrested by the Versova Police for allegedly circulating a nude bathing scene video clip featuring an actress on the social media. The 28-year-old actress had filed a complaint in January alleging that the clip was distributed without her permission.

The producer has been absconding and after a furious search was nabbed from his relative’s house. According to police sources, the producer was continuously changing his SIM making it difficult for the cyber cell to pinpoint his location.

The video was shot with the aid of a mobile camera, and the police have confiscated the moonlike as well as his laptop.

The actress had registered an FIR on January 28 in which she alleged that Verma had shot a short film with her in three days. One of the shots demanded the actress to come out of the washroom draped in a towel. However, the towel fell accidentally while the camera was recording. Verma promised the actress that he would delete the nude clip.

However, later the actress came to know from friends that the producer had uploaded the clip to YouTube and it garnered 1000 views. Worse the clip found its way into two porn sites also and also went viral on the social media.

The actress also alleged that the producer refused to delete the video and demanded the actress return make up charges which amounted to Rs 15000.
