bihar Chief Minister nitish kumar has noticeably adopted a detached outlook after RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav was convicted of fraudulence in the third fodder scam case.

Addressing the media, Kumar said he has nothing to say or do in the court’s order since it is purely a judicial verdict. He or his party choose not to react to this decision; his government will also not compromise on justice, he added.

Tejashwi accuses Nitish Kumar of hatching conspiracy

Tejashwi Yadav, the ex-deputy CM of Bihar and Lalu’s son, reportedly spoke out in protest of the conviction order meted out to his father by a Ranchi Court.

He said that this was a case of conspiracy by the Bihar Chief Minister and BJP for trying to get Lalu Prasad into legal controversies, to fulfill their political agendas.

He said that his party would not let the CBI special court’s decision about his father stand final – they would take every necessary step and appeal to the Supreme Court if necessary.

Watch Lalu speak!

Yadav while addressing to the media said that Nitish Kumar had conspired with the BJP to frame legal cases against him and called Kumar a “Political Paltu Ram.”

Meanwhile, posts on social media have gone viral with accusations by RJD against Kumar and his associated for “framing” Lalu Prasad Yadav.

Nitish Kumar has taken a good decision by moving away from the controversies surrounding the RJD party leaders. He re-aligned with the BJP and remained the Chief Minister as they had the necessary numbers.
