Decomposed bodies of two women and a child were discovered in a house in Chandanagar in Hyderabad. The bodies were spotted by the landlady on Monday. Police investigations revealed that the victims was staying with her aging mother and her 4-year-old daughter.

Aparna, the 30-year-old victim, had rented a house in Chandanagar. She was working as a sales executive and was providing for her mother and her young daughter who lived with her.

For two days, the house remained locked. The landlady who grew suspicious called Aparna’s phone. There was no response.

However, she heard the ringtone coming from inside the house. When she peeped in through the rear window, a foul smell emerged. The suspicious landlady immediately alerted the authorities. Police investigations revealed that the two women and the young girl were poisoned. According to the police, the trio was murdered by someone who has close ties to the family. The murderer, after the crime, had locked the house from outside. Cops are on the lookout for Aparna’s husband.

Madhapur DCP Viswa Prasad said that Aparna's corpse was lying in a pool of blood in the kitchen, while the bodies of her mother and daughter were found in the bedroom.
