Dashing Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh who has not played for the country since June 2017 is looking to make a come back to the national team.

He wants to utilize the upcoming India Premier League 2018 to perform and show what he is capable of.

No one can forget the six sixes that he hit in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup against England.

Reportedly, the left-arm all-rounder aims to play cricket until 2019 before he hangs up his boots.

Comebacks are not new to him as the world knows that he was diagnosed with cancer. He recovered fully after taking treatment in the US and played for India after showing impressive performances.

Many ups and downs have plagued his career due to injuries.

Will play for Kings Punjab XI

The Kings XI Punjab bought Yuvi in the 2018 player auction. Bollywood actress Preity Zinta owns the team. He will play under R Aswin, the newly appointed captain of KPXI.

The IPl 2018 season will begin from April 7 and conclude in May.

The Indian cricket team is just back to India after a memorable tour of South Africa. They will play against England and then Australia before gearing up for the Indian Premier League.

Yuvraj Singh was all praise for Indian skipper Virat Kohli for his stupendous performance during the SA tour. The visitors won both, the T20 and the ODI series comfortably.

"Going abroad playing three series winning two definitely shows India’s dominance,” said Yuvraj Singh.
