Royal Challengers Bangalore will play host to the Kolkata Knight Riders at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru on April 29, 2018. The match is scheduled to start at 8:00 PM IST. This will be their second face-off this season after Kolkata had conquered RCB back home earlier this month. Sunil Narine's 17-ball 50 and good team effort ensured KKR a victory by four wickets.

The two teams share a fierce rivalry, but KKR has had the upper hand with 12 wins while RCB has won nine games so far in the history of IPL.

Both Kolkata and Bangalore are in somewhat a tricky situation at the halfway stage in the league.

KKR has won three matches out of seven and is at the fourth position while RCB has won two of the six matches and is at the seventh position.

Kolkata Knight Riders:

The bowling has been a concern for them in the last two games, and they happen to lose both the games. The batting didn't really tick off in the last game, but they have a settled unit who contribute in almost every game. Tom Curran can come back in place of Johnson while Vinay Kumar might get a go ahead of Shivam Mavi, as this is his home ground.

Royal Challengers Bangalore:

Moeen Ali can be the right person to get in the side, as he can bat at any position and also come handy with the ball. With the ball turning less in Bengaluru this year, we can't say for sure that will be happening. Like KKR, their bowling led them down too against CSK in their loss a few days back.

Chris Woakes might come in to strengthen their bowling.

Pitch: There will be a good bounce for the batsman to hit the ball in the stands. Might just be another high-scoring game.

Weather: Clear skies are expected, while everyone wants to witness a full game.

Predictions: If RCB's batting fire properly, they might just take this one in their bag.

KKR still solid enough with a good spin attack.
